Occupational Pensions (Revaluation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010 comes into force
Implementation date: 1 January 2011
The Order specifies the revaluation percentages for the purpose of the revaluation of benefits under occupational pension schemes on or after 1 January 2011. The Order ensures that there is corresponding provision in Northern Ireland to Regulations made in Great Britain. The Order can be viewed on the UK legislation website.
