Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Armed Forces and Reserve Forces Compensation Scheme) (Rights of Appeal) Regulations 2005 come into force

The Regulations extend the types of decision against which individuals can appeal under the Pensions Appeal Tribunals Act 1943 to those relating to entitlement to benefit, and the amount of benefit payable, under the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004.
