Pensions Increase (Civil Service Injury Benefits Scheme) Regulations 2004 come into force
Implementation date: 27 July 2004
The Regulations apply the provisions of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 to any pension payable under the Civil Service Injury Benefits Scheme. The rate of any such pension is thereby increased annually in accordance with the Retail Prices Index. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
