Redundancy Payments (Continuity of Employment in Local Government, etc) (Modification) (Amendment) Order 2013 comes into force

The order amends part 2 of sch.2 to the Redundancy Payments (Continuity of Employment in Local Government, etc) (Modification) Order 1999 (SI 1999/2277), which concerns entitlement to redundancy payments. Police authorities established under s.3 of the Police Act 1996, and the Metropolitan Police Authority established under s.5B of that Act, are added to s.6 of that part.
