The Regulations amend the School Teacher Appraisal (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2009, so that teachers employed at two or more schools are to be appraised at each school, whether they are employed by the local education authority or by the governing body of the school. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
