Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Prescribed Diseases) Amendment Regulations 2011 come into force
Implementation date: 18 July 2011
The Regulations amend the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Prescribed Diseases) Regulations 1985 (SI 1985/967), which prescribe diseases for which industrial injuries benefit is payable, to bring several more diseases under the legislation. The Regulations can be viewed on the UK legislation website.
