Statutory Sick Pay (Maintenance of Records) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 come into force

Implementation date: 6 April 2014

The Regulations revoke reg.13 of the Statutory Sick Pay (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982 (SI 1982/263), which requires employers to retain records relating to sickness absence and payments of statutory sick pay to employees. The Regulations are consistent with Regulations made in Great Britain.
