Superannuation Act 2010 (Repeal of Limits on Compensation) Order 2010 comes into force
Implementation date: 21 December 2010
The Order removes the limit on the amount of compensation that may be paid to civil servants who are made redundant from their employment. The Order can be viewed on the UK legislation website.
