The Regulations revoke the Teachers’ Pensions Regulations 1997 (SI 1997/3001). The Regulations re-enact the provisions of the Teachers’ Pensions Regulations 1997, including new concepts and some changes of substance. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
