Unified tribunal service is introduced

The Employment Tribunals Service, which administers employment tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunals, is merged into a single tribunal service with other tribunal services. The new service is to be known as the Tribunals Service and its role will extend to exploring alternative methods of resolving disputes.
