Use this reserve forces workflow to manage the legal and practical issues that arise when you receive a call-out notice notifying you that one of your employees has been mobilised for a period of full-time military service.
Where you believe that the employee's absence would cause "serious harm" to the organisation, you may apply for a deferral, revocation or exemption from the call-out notice in relation to the employee.
- Complete and return form acknowledging call-out to the adjudication officer
- Consult with the employee in relation to the pension form in the call-out pack
- Consider applying for financial assistance
