Employment Appeal Tribunal: Practice Direction
On 9 December 2004, the EAT issued a new Practice Direction ("PD")1 with effect from that date. The new PD reflects changes introduced by the new EAT procedural rules (the Employment Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2004 (SI 2004/2526)), which came into force on 1 October 2004.
