Final pension consultation details revealed
Under the provisions of the Pensions Act 2004, employers are required to consult with members and other affected parties before they embark on making certain changes to their pension schemes. The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) consulted on the draft Pension Consultation Regulations in the summer of 2005 (See Consultation on pension changes one step closer ).
