HSE improves public access to information

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is currently fine-tuning proposals that will give the general public increased access to information held on employers. The changes, which will allow the HSE to consider the public interest when deciding whether or not it can release information, will make the HSE's practice consistent with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FoI).
