Jack's Law: Statutory parental bereavement leave rules to start in April 2020
Parents who suffer stillbirth or the loss of a child will be entitled to two weeks' statutory parental bereavement leave from 6 April 2020, the Government confirmed today, while those with six months' service will also be entitled to statutory pay.
