Pensions Bill receives Royal Assent
After numerous hours of debate in parliament and the introduction of several hundred new government amendments, the Pensions Bill finally received Royal Assent on 18 November. Pension practitioners who have been hoping for simplification may not relish the prospect of implementing the new measures, the details of which span more than 300 pages.
