Pensions Regulations are laid before parliament

Three sets of Regulations dealing with equal treatment by pension scheme trustees and managers have been laid before parliament. The Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2827) and the Employment Equality (Religion and Belief) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2828) were both laid before parliament on 7 November, and come into force on 1 and 2 December 2003 respectively.
