SDA changes
The Department of Trade and Industry and Acas have both produced draft guidance1 on the impending changes to the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 and the Equal Pay Act 1970 to implement the amended European Equal Treatment Directive (2002/73/EC). It will be published in its final form after the Employment Equality (Sex Discrimination) Regulations (currently only available in draft) come into effect from 1 October 2005.
