Union rights provision in force

Most of the Employment Relations Act 20041 is expected to come into force on 6 April 2005. However, by virtue of the Employment Relations Act (Commencement No.1 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2002 (SI 2004/2566), ss.29-32, 37 and 38 came into force on 1 October 2004.
