Podcast: Disability discrimination and obesity

On this week's XpertHR Weekly, we discuss the European Court of Justice (ECJ) decision in FOA, acting on behalf of Karsten Kaltoft v Billund Kommune [2015] IRLR 146 ECJ, which confirmed that obesity can constitute a disability. We also give guidance on the types of adjustments that employers should consider making for obese staff if they are placed at a substantial disadvantage by their condition.
