Podcast: Looking ahead to 2013 - forthcoming legislation

On this week's XpertHR Weekly, we set out the key dates in the 2013 HR calendar. We discuss the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill, which will implement various reforms to the employment tribunal system and permit an employer to have a "protected conversation" with an employee with a view to terminating his or her employment under a settlement agreement. We also discuss, among other things, the planned reduction of the minimum consultation period that applies where 100 or more redundancies are proposed and the introduction of employment tribunal fees.
