Author: Stephen Simpson
When to use this model return-to-work planning form
Use this model form to conduct a COVID-19 risk assessment to decide what safe-working measures to introduce, for example in advance of asking remote workers to return to a reopened workplace.
Warning: This sample COVID-19 workplace risk assessment provides a small number of example entries setting out hazards that might be identified in an office environment and control measures the employer could put in place to mitigate risks. These examples are provided as guidance on how to complete the form. The specific risks will vary widely depending on the type of workplace. Each employer must carry out their own risk assessment and identify appropriate control measures. You should not simply copy the examples provided here.
