When to use this model equal opportunities and anti-harassment policy
Use this model HR policy to outline the organisation's commitment to equal opportunities and to avoiding unlawful discrimination. It may be used as part of a suite of policies or staff handbook in addition to a separate anti-harassment policy. Smaller employers may wish to use the combined equal opportunities and anti-harassment policy.
