Disability discrimination - normal day-to-day activities under the repealed Disability Discrimination Act 1995

A person has a disability for the purposes of the repealed Disability Discrimination Act 1995, which applies to discriminatory acts committed wholly before 1 October 2010, if he or she has a physical or mental impairment that has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on his or her ability to carry out normal, day-to-day activities.
