Equal pay: 2013 XpertHR survey

Our latest survey finds that almost one private-sector employer in three is conducting an equal pay review and that a majority of public-sector organisations have carried one out, often taking into account ethnicity, disability and age as well as gender. In many ways, however, progress has stalled over the past few years, with many private-sector employers remaining convinced that unequal pay is simply not a problem at their organisation.
