Flexibility: balanced in the employer's favour?

The government has hailed the new law on flexible working as a success and EOR research found that most employers had no trouble complying with it (see Maternity and parental rights ). Three studies of parents' experience, however, have identified some problems and shortcomings of the new legislation that the government might wish to consider when it conducts its review in 2006.
