Pay trends September 2018: Pay awards back at the 2018 norm

The latest analysis from XpertHR finds that pay awards in the three months to the end of August 2018 have bounced back from the dip recorded in the previous quarter and returned to the 2.5% level seen in each rolling quarter since the turn of the year.
