- An employee may work for up to 10 days during his or her adoption leave without bringing the leave to an end or losing statutory adoption pay.
- These keeping-in-touch days during adoption leave can be used for any work-related activity, including attending training and team meetings.
- Any keeping-in-touch days during adoption leave must be agreed between the parties. The employer is under no obligation to offer them and the employee is under no obligation to work them.
