For the purposes of the Part-time Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2000, who is a comparable worker for a part-time fixed-term worker?

For the purposes of identifying whether or not a part-time fixed-term worker is being treated less favourably because of his or her part-time status, the worker's terms and conditions can be compared with those of a full-time fixed-term worker, or a full-time permanent worker.
