Government publishes Order and rules for Nest pension scheme
In the dying days of the last parliament, the Government completed an important step towards implementation of the National Employment Savings Trust (Nest).
The Order (PDF format, 163K) and rules (PDF format, 1.24MB) (on the Personal Accounts Delivery Authority website) setting out details of the new scheme's operation were published, providing a picture of how it will operate.
