HSC sharpens CLAW and wields heavier COSHH
Changes to the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 1999 (COSHH) and the Control of Lead at Work Regulations 1998 (CLAW) are set to be introduced by May this year to meet the requirements of the European Union's Chemical Agents Directive. A consultative document has been issued by the Health and Safety Commission (HSC)1.
