Poland: Employment law changes under consideration

In May 2010, the Polish Government started discussing with employers and trade unions possible changes to employment law in areas such as annual leave entitlement, weekend working and record-keeping on working time.

The Tripartite Commission for Social and Economic Affairs, which brings together the Government, trade unions and employers' organisations, has been examining a set of proposed amendments drawn up by the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP).
