Sea Containers withdraws appeal against financial support directions
The Pensions Regulator has now issued two financial support directions (FSDs) against Sea Containers Ltd. The company’s appeal to the Pensions Regulator Tribunal against a decision to make the FSDs by the Pensions Regulator’s Determinations Panel was withdrawn on 31 January, five days before it was due to be heard.
