Kalina Jaroslawska is a licensed legal adviser based in northern Poland at JM Legal. In 2003, she graduated from the University of Gdansk, department of law and administration. In the same year she completed a course of the English and European Union law organised by Cambridge University in cooperation with the University of Gdansk. She started her practice as a legal adviser in 2008, when she was admitted to the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdansk. She also served for seven years as an associate at a major law firm in Poland, a subsidiary of a US-based law firm.
She specialises in labour law as well as civil and commercial law; her professional interests cover issues related to tax law and administrative law. She speaks English and German. She keeps an English-language blog devoted to Polish labour law issues: Polish Labour Law Blog.
