Koki Yanagisawa is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, which focuses on resolution of disputes in a broad range of areas of law involving corporate clients. Koki has experience representing clients in a variety of employment disputes. He regularly provides clients with labour and employment law services, including representing them in negotiations with trade unions and drafting employment rules. He also advises clients on employment law issues arising in relation to mergers and acquisitions.
Koki joined Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu in 2001. He earned his LLB in 2000 from the University of Tokyo, and his LLM in 2007 from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He worked for Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York City from 2007 to 2008.
