Tracey Rosell

Tracey Rosell is a qualified barrister and has successfully represented organisations of all sizes from a diverse range of industries in the employment tribunal. She provides a practical approach to employment issues, with a strong commercial awareness developed from her early career at PwC.

Tracey specialises in advising organisations on how they can enable staff to work effectively within professional and organisational regulations. She has been a CIPD member for over 20 years and draws on her extensive experience of advising and providing hands-on assistance to clients about HR and legal issues. This practical advice is underpinned by knowledge gained from an MSc in psychology of work; she considers how to balance promoting the voice of staff, to encourage safe working environments, against the demands on employers to meet stakeholder, fiscal and regulatory pressures.

Tracey is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and has experience of tutoring law undergraduates. Her training proficiency also includes designing and delivering training to corporate clients on HR and employment law-related issues through her consultancy, Employers' Champion.
