ACAS Arbitration Scheme (Great Britain) Order 2004 comes into force
Implementation date: 6 April 2004
The Order extends to Scotland the ACAS
arbitration scheme for employers and employees in dispute over alleged unfair
dismissal. The Order can be viewed on the OPSI website.
