Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 2002 come into force

The Regulations replace the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 1994, altering the way in which dangerous chemicals must be classified and labelled. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
