Employment Act 2002 (Commencement No 5) Order 2003 comes into force
Implementation date: 5 July 2003
The Order enables regulations to be made to require the partner of a person who is in receipt of certain benefits at a higher rate referable to that partner to attend a work-focused interview and to make related provision. The Order can be viewed on the OPSI website.
