Industrial Training Levy (Construction Industry) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004 comes into force

The Order imposes a levy on employers in the construction industry for the purpose of raising money towards the expenses of the Construction Industry Training Board to the Department for Employment and Learning. The Order can be viewed on the OPSI website.
