New tribunal claim and response forms are introduced in Northern Ireland

The Office of the Industrial Tribunals and the Fair Employment Tribunal introduces new tribunal claim and response forms to make them more user-friendly. Use of the new forms does not become mandatory until 1 October 2005. The Industrial Tribunals and the Fair Employment Tribunal website is being redesigned to accommodate the changes.
