Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2003 come into force
Implementation date: 1 December 2003
The Regulations make
it unlawful to discriminate on grounds of sexual orientation in employment and
vocational training. This includes direct discrimination, indirect
discrimination, victimisation and harassment. The Regulations
can be viewed on the OPSI website.
