HR continues to grow in demand and influence

Our 10th annual HR roles and responsibilities survey finds that HR, particularly within the public sector, is facing ongoing challenges to cut costs while headcount contracts.  Despite another challenging year across all sectors, however, HR continues to grow in demand and influence within organisations.
