Rio Olympics 2016
The Olympic Games run from 5 August to 21 August this year. The games are a good way for employers to engage with staff but they will need to make arrangements that are, as far as possible, fair to everyone. For instance, non-English staff must be afforded the same flexibility to watch their national teams. If handled well, this summer's games are a golden opportunity to boost staff morale.
