A new pay and conditions agreement at BBC Worldwide has resulted in an increase on base salaries of 3.5%, subject to a minimum uplift of £500 a year for full-time employees (pro rata for those working part time). The cash underpin resulted in an average 4.35% rise for the organisation's lowest-graded employees.
