A new three-year pay and conditions agreement - covering an estimated 50,000 approved electricians, technicians and labouring workers in the electrical contracting industry in England, Wales and Northern Ireland - has been agreed between the Electrical Contractors' Association (ECA) and Amicus. The two parties comprise the Joint Industry Board for the electrical contracting industry, commonly known as the JIB.
