Staff at the Employment Tribunals Service (ETS) accepted a pay award worth 3.49% from 1 August 2004, which was the Treasury's recommended upper limit on pay awards for 2004/05.
The agreement, negotiated with the Public and Commercial Services Union, gives performance-related increases to all satisfactory performers, ranging from 1% to 3% depending on individual performance markings.
