Agreement has been reached between the Lancashire Textile Manufacturer's Association and the General Union of Loom Overlookers, the Transport and General Workers' Union, the GMB and Community on minimum rates for manual workers in the Lancashire textiles industry. The agreement gives workers a 3% earnings increase from 2 May 2005.
