    In the first stage of a two-year deal, Nissan Motor Manufacturing (UK) has awarded 4,309 manufacturing and administrative staff a 2% basic pay increase, plus a £350 non-consolidated lump sum, effective from 1 January 2007.

    The second stage of the deal, effective from 1 January 2008, will award manufacturing and administrative staff a 2% basic pay rise.
