The basic annual salaries of all production and warehouse operatives at paint manufacturer Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings were increased by a flat rate of £731 a year from 1 January 2007. The award covers approximately 1,000 production and warehouse operatives working at the company's Darwen, Hull and Warrington sites, and is worth between 4.5% and 5% of basic salary.
